Banking and Insurance jobs in Tamworth
The banking and insurance Industry in Tamworth currently has an approximate employee intake of 1,000,000 citizens which is only 4% of the working population of the United Kingdom. The number was previously higher than this but has been reduced greatly by the shaky economic condition which is becoming worse by the day. Insurance Companies rely on underwriters to weigh the chance of making a profit or a loss before signing any insurance contract agreement. A Tamworth underwriter for instance, will read through the credit report of a given client and depending on how the report portrays the client, they give their recommendations to the management. The job is obviously office based and very important if the company wants to measure its level of success. Well experienced underwriters are promoted to become underwriting managers in charge of junior underwriters. Successful managers must be experts in underwriting as critical decisions as far as underwriting is concerned, are always made by them.

Claim examiners go through all claims forwarded for insurance cover and determine which ones are genuine. A Claim examiner however does not have the final approval say.
